Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason* you wish to exchange or return a product, you can do so within 7 days, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
*Products can only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect or lack of quality.
Refund
Once we have received the product, we will process the refund of the amount paid. We recommend the refund in the form of a voucher (discount code usable on your next order). Alternatively, if you prefer, we can refund via bank transfer or MB WAY.
